Ignacio Basso

Ignacio Basso is co-founder and director of Seeds, a specialized talent community startup from Latin America which accomplished several milestones in 2022. The number of contingent workers, or Seeders, increased to 1,000, and the company’s management team now comprises 54 people. In addition, Seeds is partnering with more than 20 active clients with operations in Argentina, Chile and the US. The organization in 2022 had a projected revenue of US$3.6 million.

Basso was selected by GoIntegro as one of the Top 15 HR Influencers of 2022, and Seeds was listed among the 10 most promising startups by Forbes Argentina.
