Hector Marquez Pitol is the public affairs director of Manpower Group Mexico, president of AMECH and president of HR Comission in Coparmex. As president of the Mexican Staffing Association, Pitol helped the staffing market in Mexico recover by 8% compared to December 2021. He has done this by lobbying key government officials and business entities, achieving a say in law reforms and implementing a no-cost strategy with different media outlets with a reach of over 85,000 people.
