Francisco Martínez Domene

As secretary and member of the board of directors of the Mexican Association of Human Capital Companies (AMECH), Francisco Martinez Domene represented Adecco Mexico in the negotiations of the subcontracting reform process in Mexico in 2022. And as CEO of The Adecco Group in Mexico, Domene oversaw a transformation process that led to increased market share in the Mexican market exponentially in 2021 and 2022. Domene was named to Horse Consulting’s list of CEO Change Makers, winning the Work-Life Balance vector. He is also a board member of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Mexico, the Swiss-Mexican Chamber of Business and the Catalan Business Club.
