Fausto Muñiz

Fausto Muñiz is president and chairman of PAE Global, a staffing company founded in 1993 in Mexico. The organization employs more than 38,000 people daily at more than 1,100 clients in 12 countries across the Americas. Additionally, it has expanded its presence with a recruitment team that operates in India, the Philippines and South Africa. Under Muñiz’s leadership, PAE Global increased its client retention and NPS to more than 70 and its eNPS (employee engagement) to more than 80. PAE Global’s Join2Work and Artworks platforms, launched in 2021, reached almost 5,000 users across Latin America in 2022, which it aims to double in 2023.
