Denise Hurtado

Denise Hurtado is the CEO of BPO y Human Value, a workforce solutions company in Bolivia. In 2022, the company led the market with 65% of market share in outsourcing. An active promoter of women leadership in the region, Hurtado is a 2022 IWEC Foundation Award winner. She is a board member of Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz and director of CAINCO, Industry and Commerce Chamber, leading the services sector. In this chamber, she also leads the Women Leadership program and LIDERS CAINCO.
