Damian Wachowicz

As chair of the World Employment Confederation’s Latin America task force, Damian Wachowicz coordinated all stakeholders for a relaunch of the regional confederation. He was elected as vice president of the new WEC America Latina from a corporate members background. Also, under his leadership as director, BaytonGroup continued its sustained growth, achieving a 22% growth in the region. Wachowicz has participated as a contributor and speaker in several international and national forums around employability and HR topics.
