Bettina Schaller

As president of the World Employment Confederation, Bettina Schaller has helped the industry adapt to Mexico’s ban on temporary agency work with a new framework of providing specialized services, ensuring the sector continues to provide a pathway out of the informal job sector where more than 50% of workers do not have access to social security and self-employed workers do not follow a formal accounting system. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Schaller has also triggered a transformation process for the Latin American members of the World Employment Confederation to further align with the global industry community.
