Antonio Monckeberg

In 2022, Antonio Monckeberg led the transformation process of four trade marketing companies into Ohla Group, a Latin American marketing and sales conglomerate, which he now serves as CEO. During this process, Monckeberg helped the group expand to 17 countries from 12, implement strategic alliances and franchises to open five new lines of business and a grid of technological solutions, develop an inter-company cultural integration plan, and open a main office in Miami to help the group’s Latin American clients develop in the American market. Today, Ohla Group provides work to more than 40,000 people a year.
