Andrea Ávila

As CEO of Randstad for Argentina and Uruguay, Andrea Ávila’s leadership has been key to consolidate Randstad’s leadership in the regions. In 2022, she formed a management team to diversify the organization’s client portfolio and launch Technologies, its new business unit specializing in IT profiles and executive search, among other initiatives. Ávila serves as president of the Argentine Chamber of Private Employment Agencies (CAPE) as well as the board of directors of the Argentine Network of United Nations Global Compact. She is a member of the board of Endeavor Rosario and the advisory board of the Center for Studies in Sustainability and Social Innovation of Austral University.
