Alfred Budschitz

Alfred Budschitz has led Agest, Chile’s trade association of HR companies, for more than five years. In 2022, he increased Agest’s member base by 15% and negotiated sponsorship deals with an international company. Additionally, he oversaw the development of a roundtable between Agest and Chile’s public employment service; the initiative is sponsored by the ILO. Agest also successfully fought off legislation proposed within the country’s new constitution that would have had adverse effects on the industry.

In 2022, Budschitz helped relaunch the LatAm chapter of the World Employment Confederation. He sits on the chapter’s board as well as that of the WEC.
