Gale Healthcare Solutions President and founder Tony Braswell has dedicated his 30-plus year career to helping senior care facilities secure nurses and nurse aides to provide patient care. In 2022, Braswell spearheaded an instant pay initiative that enables Gale’s clinicians to be paid in less than eight minutes, setting a new standard for time to pay in healthcare staffing. Looking ahead, Braswell plans to focus on supporting more industries that can benefit from on-demand staffing platforms and instant pay. He also founded the Gale Healthcare Foundation, which has committed $500,000 over the next two years to supporting the nursing community.
