Tom Hart, president of Eliassen Group’s Talent Solutions business, helped drive the division’s double-digit growth in 2022. The division brings in approximately 55% of Eliassen’s total annual revenue; the organization ranked as the 52nd-largest staffing firm in the US with revenue of $538 million in 2021. Hart attributes the strong revenue to Eliassen’s mentor/mentee team-selling approach. In addition to his work at Eliassen, Hart is on the board of advisors at Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts, and served on the board of Family Service of Greater Boston for eight years.
