Maria Boyse

Within her first year as VP, North America business development at Allegis Global Solutions, Maria Boyse has restructured her team and created a defined set of roles and responsibilities, providing clarity around team structure and career progression and creating new growth opportunities. This includes improving the training and development offerings for the team to ensure it can upskill and evolve with market trends. Boyse plans to continue expanding AGS’ portfolio of verticals and building the strongest team to support the business. Boyse is a member of the Women’s Fund of Santa Barbara, a women-led volunteer organization that addresses the critical needs of local women, children and families.
