As CEO and founder of Pride Global, Leo Russell has led the company to become one of the largest staffing firms in the US, overseeing a team of more than 4,500 associates spread across four continents and providing a range of HR and business services. Under Russell’s guidance, Pride Global recently launched its comprehensive DE&I initiative, Decidedly Diverse, which aligns company efforts ranging from internal employee resource groups to its diverse supplier network. Russell is also the founder of Pride in Education, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering students to succeed through skills development and resources.
