Laurie Chamberlin is the head of Recruitment Solutions North America for LHH, a global business unit of The Adecco Group. In 2022, Chamberlin oversaw the strategic repositioning of LHH’s Recruitment Solutions and led the consolidation of leading staffing firms Special Counsel, Paladin, Accounting Principals, Ajilon and Parker + Lynch into one integrated LHH solution. This consolidation expanded LHH’s offerings across the legal, HR and staffing industries globally. Additionally, Chamberlin helped develop LHH’s five-tier roadmap for the global recruitment solutions business, which addresses how LHH will continue to be a leader within the talent space.
