Jessi Guenther, VP of client delivery, helped promote the development and transformation of Allegis Global Solutions’ client delivery team with a focus on elevating opportunity for women and people of color. As a result, 20% of its client delivery team - which comprises 70% women and 27% POC - was promoted. Meanwhile, four clients recognized AGS with Supplier of the Year awards in 2022. Guenther will continue to embed AGS’ “Run, Grow, Transform” methodology into its client delivery teams to support clients on their journey to a Universal Workforce Model. Guenther is an advocate and frequent speaker for women in leadership and business.
