Jay Alvather

After serving as president of TEKsystems for seven years, Jay Alvather became CEO of its parent company, Allegis Group, in January 2023. TEKsystems is the organization’s largest business unit. Known for his industry expertise and focus on high performance, Alvather is committed to cultivating a diverse, inclusive workplace, spearheading internal efforts to foster inclusion and equity as well as partnering with like-minded organizations effecting change in the industry. As the company enters its 40th year, Alvather looks forward to supporting Allegis Group’s network of specialized companies and creating the right culture. The goal is to continue to see the Allegis network create significant opportunity for their customers, consultants and contract employees.
