Idekoba also led Recruit’s acquisition of jobs website Indeed in 2012 and served as Indeed’s CEO from 2013 to 2019. Recruit Holdings is one of the largest online job-matching firms in the world, with a portfolio that includes Indeed, Glassdoor, and other sites. Under Idekoba’s leadership, Recruit posted revenue of US $23.5 billion in its fiscal year 2021.
