CEO Harley Lippman founded Genesis10, a professional technology services organization, in 1999. Since then, he has seen it become one of the largest staffing firms in the United States. 2022 proved successful for Lippman with the continued success of Genesis10’s talent creation program Dev10. It’s an intense bootcamp-style instruction in coding combined with people management that helps talent without computer science degrees become software developers. Celebrating its fifth anniversary in 2023, Dev10 has launched the careers of more than 1,500 Dev10 associates and has expanded to such metro areas as New York City; Washington, DC; and Austin. In the coming year, Lippman plans to continue enhancing Genesis10’s service offerings.
