With more than 25 years’ industry experience, Brian Salkowski serves as COO of Guidant Global, part of the Impellam Group. During 2022, Salkowski led the transformation of Guidant Global’s business operating model, driving program efficiency, improving collaboration and optimizing service delivery to clients and candidates. He also championed the development of an industry-exclusive Performance Growth Intelligence (PGI) dashboard, designed to measure and assess program performance against extensive industry data points, with a view to improving Guidant Global programs. Salkowski is involved with RacquetUp Detroit, an out-of-school program focused on education, health and fitness, and youth development.
