Todd Bavol, president and CEO of Integrity Staffing Solutions, firmly believes the company’s clients succeed only when Integrity’s associates succeed. He co-founded the company in 1997 with CFO Sean Montgomery, and they have grown the company from a three-person operation to a firm with more than 800 staff members. Last year’s notable achievements included increasing from 53 locations in 2015 to 107 locations in 2016. Bavol is most proud of the company’s recently launched “Project Home” initiative that ensures that associates experiencing homelessness receive stable housing and access to basic necessities. Integrity is the 23rd-largest staffing firm in the US based on 2015 revenue and the 11th-largest industrial staffing provider.
