As VP of marketing and communications for Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, Matt Rivera is responsible for the strategic direction of Yoh’s marketing efforts, candidate marketing and communications. He has 28 years of experience in the staffing industry, starting with Tad Technical Services while in college. Over more than 25 years with Yoh, Rivera has held various roles, starting out in a branch office, then overseeing Yoh’s early internet, VMS/eBusiness, branding and marketing efforts, gradually progressing in leadership roles. Rivera also serves as chair of the American Staffing Association’s Public Relations Committee and is a frequent blogger, speaker and expert to various media outlets. In the community, Rivera is VP of his local school board.
