Jason Leverant doesn’t believe in leading from an isolated ivory tower. The president and COO of AtWork Group spends his days in the trenches talking with owners, branch managers and staff. It’s hard to argue with his energetic and enthusiastic approach given his success since assuming responsibility for oversight of the company’s operations and brands. In 2016, the company added 20 new branches and achieved 23% year-over-year revenue growth. And once again, AtWork Group received numerous honors including Inavero’s Best of Staffing Client and Talent Awards and a spot on Inc. magazine’s list of Fastest Growing Companies, while Leverant was named the American Staffing Association’s volunteer of the year.
