These organizations together deliver comprehensive talent solutions to employers in nearly 200 markets nationwide, making some 7,050 placements and providing employment to 76,000 individuals each week. Fiatte has exponentially grown Randstad’s commercial staffing services since assuming her role in 2013 and builds the company with field-focused initiatives informed by real-time data and results-driven analytics. In recognition of her track record of delivering creative talent solutions that ultimately help companies increase share price or create new products, Fiatte recently assumed responsibility of Randstad’s pharma organization.
