Karenjo Goodwin is founder and CEO of Exact Staff Inc., treasurer of the American Staffing Association and serves on several committees, including the OSHA Staffing Alliance and the ASA Women in Leadership Task Force. Goodwin has been recognized by Ernst and Young as a finalist for the Los Angeles Entrepreneur of the Year in 2014. She serves on the Young Presidents International Board on the family committee and has developed its youth iLAB program in which young adults work as consultants to business owners to bring disruptive and innovative solutions to their organizations.
