Rosaleen Blair is the CEO and founder of Alexander Mann Solutions, a global talent acquisition and management company with more than 3,000 staff supporting clients in more than 80 countries and more than 30 languages. Blair is widely credited as a pioneer of talent acquisition and management globally, and has received a number of awards including VeuveClicquot Businesswoman of the Year and E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year. In 2007, she led a management buyout backed by Graphite Capital and in 2013 brought in new investors New Mountain Capital securing an investment of almost €315 million.
