Tomas O’Farrell

Under Tomas O’Farrell’s leadership, Latin American remote talent platform Workana in 2023 helped place 13,000 freelancers. O’Farrel also led the expansion of the B2B business unit in the US with the creation of a team dedicated to the region, allowing Workana to open opportunities in the country for top tech talent. With a focus on improving the talent experience, he also led the creation and launch of The Accelerator, an exclusive program for freelancers that provides professional development through classes and mentoring. The program has accelerated more than 630 careers since its launch less than a year ago.
