Leandro Cazorla

CEO of The Adecco Group for Argentina and Uruguay for four years, Leandro Cazorla oversaw significant growth in a complex economic context in 2023. He previously served as the company’s CFO. In addition, Cazorla presides over the board of the Argentine Chamber of Private Employment Agencies; in 2023, he consolidated the organization as the main reference for Argentina’s HR services industry and developed proposals for legislative reform to create a more modern and inclusive labor market. He was also active in the Swiss-Argentine Chamber of Commerce in 2023 as its vice president.
