Antonio Loureiro

Antonio Loureiro is the CEO of Conquest One, an IT staffing firm in Brazil and Portugal. Under his leadership, the company underwent a digital transformation that led to significant revenue growth in 2023. He also helped consolidate the growth of operations in Lisbon, Portugal, and open a new office in the US. Loureiro believes IT offers an opportunity for professional growth for all social strata. To that end, he helped build voluntary project, Programa Ver o Mundo (Program See the World), whose mission is to awaken the interest of socioeconomically vulnerable young people in the professional world of IT. The program expanded and generated a greater impact throughout 2023.
