As president of professional services and staffing, Ralph Henderson has grown revenue at AMN Healthcare by more than $1 billion over the last decade. A pioneer in bringing MSP solutions to healthcare staffing, he now leads AMN Healthcare’s effort to launch a digital staffing platform for healthcare systems and clinicians. He has been an advisor to many innovators and entrepreneurs over the years including most recently serving on the board of the online staffing company Wonolo. Prior to AMN, he led North American commercial staffing for Spherion and started his staffing career at Norrell in 1995. He is involved in several philanthropic endeavors, including Four for Four, a charitable fund managed by his family.
