Leading her organization with an innovative tech and touch strategy, Linda Galipeau, CEO and executive board member of Randstad North America, continues to position Randstad as one of the dominant HR services organizations in the US, Canada and the UK. Galipeau chairs the Randstad Innovation Fund, which invests in early stage technology companies, helping to bring new HR technology advancements to the marketplace. A respected speaker on women’s leadership issues, Galipeau creates an environment where female leaders can advance in management and executive positions, and associates can use their business expertise to help the community. She also cultivates a strong internal culture that helps employees understand and realize their future growth. In 2016, Galipeau was named one of Atlanta magazine’s “Women Making a Mark.”
Galipeau stepped down from her roles with Randstad, effective March 26, 2019.
