Bert Bean’s staffing industry career started at Insight Global as a recruiter in 2005; he became CEO in 2018. Under his leadership, Insight Global has doubled in revenue — rising to $3.9 billion in 2023 from $1.9 billion in 2017 — with over 5,500 employees across 70-plus offices in the US, UK and Canada.
Bean’s relentless focus on growing his people personally, professionally and financially has played a key role in the company’s growth, with the expansion of its services to include healthcare staffing, culture and leadership consulting, and DEI&B consulting services. He also is closely involved with the company’s ESG goals, including the funding of seven medical clinics in East Africa and Central America, and the creation of a full-scale mobile career fair that provides direct access to job-readiness resources and career-building strategies to communities across the US.
