Shane Jackson

Shane Jackson leads Jackson Healthcare, the parent company of more than 20 healthcare workforce businesses, with a mission of improving the delivery of patient care. In 2024, he oversaw the launch of two businesses, Venn Workforce Optimization and Jackson HealthPros. He is also responsible for the organization’s LoveLifts community impact platform that supported over 450 nonprofits in the last year. Jackson serves on the board of 3DE Schools and as vice chair of goBeyondProfit. He is the author of This Is the Thing: About Life, Joy, and Owning Your Purpose.
