The Midtown Group, one of the largest staffing firms in the US, is thriving under founder Helen Stefan’s leadership. In 2024, the company expanded a USDA contract to serve as the National Administrator of the Discrimination Financial Assistance Program; Midtown Group provided over 550 professionals to disburse $2.2 billion to eligible farmers and ranchers. For the seventh straight year, Midtown supported surge federal contact centers for survivors of natural disasters. Stefan is vice chair of the Studio Samuel Foundation, a member of the Committee of 200 and the Women Business Collaborative, and entrepreneurial sponsor of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council’s 2024 host committee.
