Sanjeev Tirath founded Pyramid Consulting in 1996; under his leadership, the organization today serves more than 25 countries with annual revenue of over $500 million. Tirath’s commitment to diversity and inclusion inspired the creation of a new division, GenSpark, and an employee resource group, Belong: IN, to build and support a diverse pipeline of talent from underrepresented groups with specialized training, placements and a platform to share their voice. Pyramid was recognized as the Atlanta Business Chronicle Corporate Diversity Champion in 2023.
