Under Paul F. Gentzkow’s leadership, Robert Half’s talent solutions operations grew by 14% in 2022 to $5.26 billion, and permanent placement saw revenue growth of 27%. In his four-year tenure as president and CEO of the division, Gentzkow has expanded operations into new markets throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Latin America. In 2023, Robert Half was designated as a Great Place To Work in a whopping 16 countries, which Gentzkow attributes to the company’s culture, flexible work philosophy and the dedication of its global teams.
