Natasha Lee led Floyd Lee Locums to become Modern Healthcare’s No. 1 Best Place to Work in 2023 and a winner in SIA’s Best Staffing Firms to Work For and Temp For multiple times. Under her leadership, the company deployed a large-scale intake of Afghanistan evacuees as part of the Operation Allies Welcome initiative. The company pioneered an elite, concierge-style staffing model for its physicians, clinicians and clients. Since its founding in 2017, Floyd Lee gained national prominence and growth, making SIA’s fastest-growing list in 2022 and 2023. Lee serves on the board for the Charleston Metro Chamber and is an executive coach for the Minority Business Accelerator Program.
