For RGP’s Kate Duchene, a primary goal of 2023 was to continue advancing the global consulting firm’s M&A strategy by focusing on consulting firms with expertise in areas that aligned with RGP’s core service offerings. To that end, its acquisition of Singapore-based digital transformation firm CloudGo in November 2023, which Duchene cites as one of its most notable achievements, strengthens RGP’s position as a full-service human capital partner. Looking ahead, Duchene says that RGP will continue investing in its digital transformation effort, a transformative initiative to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, set to roll out in early 2024.
