Since founding WilsonHCG over 20 years ago, John Wilson has driven the organization’s vision, mission and overall strategy. Under his leadership, WilsonHCG has achieved revenue growth of over 120% and made three acquisitions over the last five years. While 2023 had its share of challenges, the organization’s commitment to excellence and value-add resulted in the retention of 100% of its customers that year. Going forward into 2024, Wilson plans to continue to enhance and expand the talent solutions the company provides to its global client base. Wilson is a member of the Wharton Advisory Board and serves as co-chair of WilsonHCG’s Brite Board.
