A 25-year staffing veteran, Janette Marx for 10 years has steered Airswift, an engineering and technical workforce provider with operations in over 60 countries. In a game-changing move in 2023, Marx led the acquisition of Energy Resourcing, a staffing division of Sydney-based engineering services provider Worley, reinforcing Airswift’s presence in the Americas, Asia Pacific, UK and Europe. She also chairs the American Cancer Society’s CEOs Against Cancer in the Greater Houston region and serves on The American Staffing Association board. Marx has regularly appeared on SIA’s Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list.
