Emmett McGrath returned to his roots when he rejoined Yoh in 2017 as president, having spent the first 20 years of his staffing career there. Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is one of the largest staffing firms in the US, according to SIA research. In 2023, McGrath continued the expansion of DZConneX, Yoh’s total talent solutions brand and increased its focus on IT, engineering, life sciences and healthcare. Of note was the successful launch of Collabor8 Days in the Yoh branch offices, which require only one day in the office a month for team members to connect and have fun.
