Derek Bullen

Through organic growth and acquisitions, Derek Bullen has grown S.i Systems into Canada’s largest IT staffing firm. In 2023, he set his sights set on cross-border expansion, overseeing S.i. Systems’ first acquisition in the US. Its purchase of Elign Consulting enables the organization to provide IT professionals in Minneapolis, Houston and Chicago. Bullen has led multiple industry initiatives, most recently working with the government of Ontario on Workplace Safety and Insurance Board premiums and licensing requirements. Connecting human potential to meaningful work drives Bullen and S.i. Systems forward. Bullen also supports multiple charities including Indspire, a national indigenous charity in Canada.
