Craig Meier catapulted Medical Solutions into a leading healthcare talent ecosystem with a servant leadership approach. In 2023, he drove three impactful acquisitions, expanding services and reinforcing the company’s commitment to great patient outcomes. Meier’s guidance secured positions on SIA’s largest healthcare staffing (No. 2) and fastest-growing US staffing firms (No. 22) lists, alongside 16 consecutive years on the Inc. 5000. He foresees further developing the Medical Solutions talent ecosystem to help hospitals and healthcare facilities attract, retain and optimize their clinical teams. He’s a board member for Rabble Mill, a Nebraska-based nonprofit committed to mentorship, education and workforce development for the state’s youth.
