At the helm of Employbridge since 2021, Billy Milam’s tactical vision and strategic investments have solidified its position as the largest industrial staffing firm in the US. At the end of 2022, he guided the organization in the acquisition of the workforce platform Bluecrew and through 2023 embarked on an ambitious digital transformation journey centered on rolling out the platform across its operational geographies. He looks forward to leading Employbridge in building a bridge between digital technology and human trust. Milam serves on the boards for Clemson University Athletics and Wesleyan School.
