President and CEO Ashley Holahan has been leading IDR and IDR Healthcare, a female-led and employee-owned organization, since 2017. In 2023, as the company celebrated its 25-year milestone, it was ranked on SIA’s Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms in the US for the fifth consecutive year. Holahan most recently participated as a guest speaker at SIA’s Collaboration in the Gig Economy event, discussing the future of AI in staffing. The company has been named a Best Staffing Firm to Work For four times by SIA and won the 2023 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For award for its Nashville, Denver, Atlanta and Dallas branches.
