Toby Fowlston is CEO of Robert Walters, a global talent solutions business operating in more than 31 countries. He became CEO in 2023 after spending 24 years of his career with the business; he first started in staffing as a recruitment consultant and worked his way up. Most recently, Fowlston led the unification of three brands into a single brand, Robert Walters, as part of the company’s vision to be the world’s most trusted talent solutions business. With a focus on international expansion, discipline diversification, building a purpose-led business and driving an entrepreneurial culture, Fowlston has been able to leverage new opportunities while ensuring outstanding customer service remains paramount.
