Thomas André Sola

Since 2021, Thomas André Sola has been a driving force in empowering Apsco Deutschland, an international trade body representing Germany’s professional recruitment sector. Most recently, Sola successfully co-launched Germany’s first staffing conference, created a staffing leader award and established a charity event, raising over €30,000. Sola previously co-founded EarthStream in 2011, expanding the innovative staffing firm until its sale in 2020. Passionate about connecting people with opportunities, Sola remains at the forefront of educating the industry on diversity, equity and inclusion issues and strives to establish Apsco Deutschland as a dominant voice and definitive source of research and insight.
