Under O’Connell’s guidance, Org has made significant steps toward its goal to provide integrated solutions across advisory, resourcing and delivery to client companies. O’Connell has been in various roles in the recruitment industry since 1997, including key positions at Cielo Talent as president of global markets and president, EMEA & APAC, and as managing director at Randstad Sourceright. O’Connell is also a past member of the EMEA advisory board at HRO Today.
