Samuel Tual runs Actual Leader Group, the sixth-largest staffing firm in France, with a resolutely humanist vision, advocating for universal access to work. A committed entrepreneur, Tual has successfully driven the group’s expansion across France, particularly by promoting skills development initiatives in recent years. Assuming his role in 2022 following the integration of Leader in France and the acquisition of the Ergalis Group, Tual’s vision centres on connecting people with the right companies to foster mutual fulfilment. Since 2023, he has also served as VP and treasurer of the employment federation, the Movement of the Enterprises of France (Medef).
