Rob Zandbergen, CEO of RGF Staffing and executive VP, head of staffing business of Recruit Holdings, started in staffing in 2003 as CFO of Solvus. Headquartered in the Netherlands, RGF Staffing is part of Recruit Holdings, the fifth-largest staffing firm in the world. Last year, Zandbergen oversaw the launch of RGF Connect, a global social programme focused on connecting underserved populations with education, training and jobs, furthering his and RGF Staffing’s vision of creating a future where inclusive employment is the norm. By 2030, Zandbergen aims to connect 1.5 million individuals to meaningful employment.
